If you wish to purchase any item, please notify us by phone or
email. The item will be placed on hold. We will then send you
account details and once payment has been received and cleared, we will ship your item

How to Sell us your watch |
Due to an unsually high volume of
queries from clients wanting valuations, we've decide not to
purchase watches from clients. Instead we will gladly accept
trade-in's against any watch purchase.
NB! Payment is made on
presentation of the watch. Either personally or by mail.

What types of payment do you accept ?
Regretably, we are unable to accept credit card
payments, all items may be
purchased by prepayment by cheque, bank transfer, cash etc.
If you're paying by cheque, there is a 7 business day delay (for
your cheque funds to clear) before we can ship.

Discounts
? |
We offer all our watches at the best price we can accept so that
customers can purchase without having to negotiate to get that
"best price." If you really want to make an offer then
do, but please no low-ball offers.

Shipping
?
Shipping is usually the next day after payment is received
and cleared. Our prices include insured shipping and handling. Items are shipped via
courier unless specified otherwise.
We do not ship on Fridays.

| Returns

All watches are sold with an unconditional 3 day return
privilege to give purchasers the opportunity to reassure
themselves of the authenticity and condition of watches
purchased. Purchase price, less shipping costs and a
re-stocking fee, will be refunded only, if the watch
is received in the same condition it was
shipped to the purchaser. Insurance costs for return of any items are
for your account. If the item is not returned within 3 working
days, the sale is final.
